Als Spezialist für die elektromagnetische Entstörung verbreitert Würth Elektronik sein Sortiment für Abschirmmaterialien um EMI-Kontaktfinger.

Das Material der Kontaktfingerserie WE-SECF ist Kupfer-Beryllium und ist im Gegensatz zu Wettbewerbsprodukten vergoldet. Es kann daher nicht korrodieren und weist einen sehr geringen spezifischen Widerstand auf. Dank der breiten, vergoldeten Oberfläche können hochfrequente Störungen bei kleinster Impedanz an kontaktierte Gehäuse oder Masselagen von benachbarten Leiterplatten abgeführt werden. Embedded Systeme aller Art können so kostengünstig auf kleinstem Platz untereinander oder mit leitenden Gehäusen kontaktiert werden - dies erspart Montageaufwand und Kosten in der Produktion.

Erhältlich sind nun 15 verschiedenen Varianten, mit Höhen von 1,5 mm bis 13,0 mm. Die EMI-Kontaktfinger können vollautomatisiert auf Leiterplatten bestückt werden und werden im Blistergurt geliefert. Alle Produkte sind ab Lager verfügbar. Muster erhalten Sie kostenlos.
