Würth Elektronik eiSos entwickelt nanokristalline Gleichtaktdrosseln für Netzfilter

Zur Reduzierung von breitbandigen leitungsgebundenen Funkstörungen kommen in Netzfiltern Gleichtaktdrosseln zum Einsatz. Für diesen Anwendungszweck hat Würth Elektronik eiSos stromkompensierte Gleichtaktdrosseln mit nanokristallinen Kernen entwickelt. Die neue WE-CMBNC-Produktfamilie wird mit nanokristallinen Kernen aufgebaut und zeichnet sich durch ihr breitbandiges Dämpfungsverhalten aus. Im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Kernen aus MnZn- und NiZn-Kernmaterialien verfügen nanokristalline Kerne um eine zehnfach höhere Permeabilität. Netzstörungen können so bis in den geringen kHz-Bereich reduziert werden, indem herkömmliche NiZn und MnZn-Kerne kaum noch eine Dämpfungswirkung erzielen. Selbst in hohen Frequenzbereichen können wegen der geringen Wicklungskapazität hohe Dämpfungswerte erzielt werden. Dank den nanokristallinen Kernen weisen die WE-CMBNC-Netzdrosseln eine bis zu 20% höhere Betriebstemperatur auf. Ihre Currie-Temperatur ist im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Kernen um das Dreifache höher, wodurch eine Gegentaktstörung nicht zur Sättigung der Netzdrossel führen kann. Alle Netzdrosseln sind ab Lager lieferbar. Kostenlose Muster sind auf Anfrage erhältlich. Zusätzlich stehen für Entwickler und EMV-Labore Design Kits zur Verfügung.
