Test riders wanted

Wunderlich is looking for 50 test riders to put the GONZZOO through its paces

(PresseBox) (Grafschaft-Ringen, )
Owners of the great BMW GS models R 1250 GS and Adventure and R 1200 GS LC and Adventure describe their perception of the riding noise quite ambivalently: While some talk about the wonderful boxer sound, others describe the pronounced roar and drone in certain riding conditions, especially when riding with panniers, as quite annoying.

For the second group of GS riders, Wunderlich has developed an exhaust deflector called GONZZOO, which reduces the annoying drone audibly by directing the sound pressure in a targeted manner. Because sounds are subject to a distinct subjective perception, 50 test riders can now experience the positive influence of the GONZZOO on the noise level of the mentioned GS models.

Real feedback is wanted
Wunderlich would like to hear the feedback of 50 riders of the BMW R 1250 GS or R 1200 GS LC as well as their Adventure versions, who feel annoyed by the roar and drone. After all, who could put the GONZZOO through its paces better than riders who independently and autonomously form a opinion of its effectiveness with their own BMW?

Wunderlich invites riders of the big Boxer-GS to apply as test riders
The application period for one of the exclusive places as a test rider runs until September 15, 2021. The test phase is scheduled to run until October 31, 2021.

The selected test riders will receive a GONZZOO for testing, a detailed, multi-page test questionnaire and all necessary information.

South Africa trip to win
Taking part is doubly worth it: Wunderlich is raffling off an exclusive motorcycle trip to South Africa by the tour operator Afrikascout on a BMW R 1250 GS among all participants!

All information about the GONZZOO test rider campaign, the application for a place as a Wunderlich test rider and the prize of the South Africa trip can be found here.

What sounds like music to one person, is simply considered annoying by another person

The perception of sounds in general - apart from the objectively measured sound pressure - is subject to the subjective sensory impression of each individual. This becomes particularly clear when different, irreconcilable musical tastes meet. The phenomenon also applies to the riders big GS models R 1250 GS and Adventure and R 1200 GS LC and Adventure.

Objectively measured, the noise level is identical. Subjectively perceived, it is not.
