Die ZEBRAXX AG Europe bietet mit „ZEBRAXX for Symbian“ ab sofort ein innovatives Ortungssystem basierend auf Symbian Handys an. Ohne Investitionen in teure Hard- und Software steht nun ein Ortungssystem in Echtzeit zur Verfügung,welches eine Ortung im Minutentakt ermöglicht. Einzige Vorraussetzung ist ein aktuelles Handy mit Symbian Betriebssystem S60 3rd Edition.

Mit ZEBRAXX for Symbian können beispielsweise Speditionen und Logistikdienstleister jederzeit den Standort und die gefahrene Route Ihrer Fahrzeuge in Echtzeit im Internet verfolgen. Die Ortungsintervalle können hierbei frei konfiguriert werden.

Die Software kann unter www.zebraxx.de heruntergeladen werden und für 14 Tage kostenfrei getestet werden. Nach der Testphase stehen unterschiedliche Tarife ab 9,90 € pro Monat und Fahrzeug zur Auswahl bereit. Außer Gebühren für die Datenübertragung via GPRS oder UMTS fallen keine weitere laufenden Kosten oder gar Investitionskosten an.
