In the past this event has acquired an excellent international reputation and David Phillips, Vice President Corporate Marketing for the Zwick Roell Group is delighted to report that they received most encouraging feedback from the 1700 guests who attended last year.
This year’s trade fair will be held from 13th to 16th October in Ulm Germany. Zwick Roell and their associate partners will exhibit new developments and testing systems ranging from universal testing machines to the latest generation of materials testing software.
Application oriented solutions
The exhibits are grouped according to application, for example there is a centre for metal testing as well as plastics, automotive, medical, and building materials. The “tested for life” centre will demonstrate mechanical tests on products in our daily lives; for example tests on textile, ceramic tiles, contacts, wood or paper. There will also be texture analysis systems, and associated packaging tests or component testing with a variety of fixtures. Our experts and specialists will be on hand to answer your questions on every aspect of testing and share valuable information from every industry sector.
The “Dynamic Lab” will demonstrate dynamic and fatigue testing using servo hydraulic testing machines, vibrophores and high speed testing machines.
Zwick Roell has also prepared a comprehensive service package which includes test machine modernization packages, customer support services e.g. inspection, calibration, project planning and the Zwick Academy (Training, Seminars).
New products
Visitors will experience a comprehensive range of new developments including testing machines, load cells, grips and accessories. A special feature will highlight the latest technology in non contact extensometry.
There will also be motorized and instrumented pendulum impact testers, the latest technology in hardness testing (topline) and testing instruments for the plastics industry.
The worlds most popular testXpert® II software is the thread running through our entire testing technology, regardless of whether it is a static or dynamic testing system. New features are the marking of results in the graphic, and graphic element characterisation, direct export to Excel, expanded regulator, direct connection to Ethernet and much more.
