Expert seminar for special machine builders
Every test part is different
In some industries, it has long been standard practice to carry out a 100% end-of-line test as part of quality assurance to ensure tightness or flow. The products and requirements encountered in practice are correspondingly diverse. The properties of the product must also be taken into account when designing the adaptation.
The adaptation of products with pressure compensation elements, encapsulated products, flexible products that expand when pressurised and products with untight connectors are just some of the aspects that are covered in this online seminar in a practical way.
The systematic procedure for commissioning and checking the test device is also discussed.
Table of contents
- Project planning data and device selection
- Industrial interfaces and relevant process data
- Design of the test station
- Checking the adaptation
- Leak test process (phases, stability, total test time)
- Dealing with interference and troubleshooting
- Leak testing of different test part types
(Directly fillable test parts / test parts with liquid seal / test parts with pressure compensation element / encapsulated test parts) - Product-specific sealing concepts
This online seminar is aimed at special machine builders who already have experience in the design and realisation of leak or flow test stations and would like to expand and deepen their knowledge.
