Neue Windenergieanlage in Klein-Winternheim produziert ersten Strom

Die Gesellschaft für Alternative Ingenieurtechnische Anwendungen, kurz GAIA mbH, hat die neue Enercon-Anlage auf der Gemarkung Klein-Winternheim im Landkreis Mainz-Bingen in Betrieb genommen. Die Anlage vom Typ E 103 hat eine Gesamtnennleistung von 2,35 Megawatt und wird jährlich circa 6.000 Megawattstunden (MWh) erzeugen. Damit können pro Jahr mehr als 1.700 Drei-Personen-Haushalte mit einem durchschnittlichen Stromverbrauch versorgt und jährlich rund 4.000 Tonnen CO2-Emissionen eingespart werd
