The agreement covers laser systems for marking tires with machine-readable QR codes or logos, mold cleaning, and gluing preparation for e-mobility tires.
The company expects sales growth of around 15% in the current fiscal year, up from around 10% in fiscal 2021, due to continued strong order intake across all product lines. As a result, up to 25 additional positions will be added by the end of the year.
"We are pleased to support important trends in the tire industry with our technology-leading systems: Traceability, emission reduction and tires for electromobility are hardly feasible without laser processes" comments Robert Hillmann, Head of the Tire Business Unit, on the new orders.
