CETA expands product range with digital pressure gauges

(PresseBox) (Hilden, )
CETA Testsysteme GmbH, Germany, as an established and globally active solution partner for industrial leak tests and flow measurements in the manufacturing process, has expanded its product portfolio. In addition to leak and flow testers, digital pressure manometers are now also offered in various product versions and different measuring ranges.

The compact handheld devices are characterised by user-friendly operation and feature an illuminated display.

With a specification of typically 0.6 % of the final value, correspondingly accurate pressure measurements are possible. There is a choice of 17 different pressure units.

The integrated data logger has an adjustable sampling rate (1 reading/second to 1 reading/24 hours) and also supports long-term recording up to a maximum of 256 hours (with auto-sleep function). The measurement series can be exported in CSV format via USB connection using the data logger downloader software, which is available free of charge.

The scope of delivery includes a comprehensive accessories package consisting of pressure manometer with data logger, quick connectors, rechargeable batteries, USB power supply, USB connection cable, transport case and a DAkkS calibration certificate (compliant with DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025).

A DAkkS calibration certificate proves traceability to national standards and is internationally recognised. This results in a variety of advantages for the practical use of the pressure manometers. For example, they can be used as test device, even in sensitive applications, or as a normal for use for calibrations. And in the validation of test processes, additional advantages result from the use of pressure manometers with a DAkkS calibration certificate.

Further applications are, for example, the measurement of ambient pressure (with the absolute pressure manometer), control or monitoring of the compressed air supply (with the relative pressure manometers) as well as sensitive differential pressure measurements (with the differential pressure manometers). This makes the measuring instruments suitable for use in the service sector, the workshop or also for the 4 Pa test, in which the safe operation of fireplaces is checked.

Depending on the device type, the sales price for this comprehensive complete package is between 600 € and 700 € (plus VAT). The warranty is 24 months.
