For CETA, this means international service for all test devices. "And our customers expect quick and reliable support on site", says Dr Joachim Lapsien, sales director of CETA Testsysteme GmbH. This is why cooperation partnerships in other countries have become an essential decision-making and success factor for (or against) CETA and its test devices.
With the companies MeyerV S.A., based in Metepec, Mexico, and Tojaltec Lda., based in Tondela, Portugal, CETA extends its network to a total of 14 international cooperation partners for worldwide customer support and servicing of CETA test devices.
"Finding the right partner is not an easy task. For example, sales representatives, one-man companies or distributors would not be suitable as cooperation partners", says Dr Lapsien. Leak and flow testing are thematic fields that need to be explained and the partner must be willing to learn the ropes and invest in the subject. "New partners usually see their cooperation with us as an opportunity to extend their scope of business by these two new fields of service". CETA provides the necessary support as well as schooling and training of the cooperation partners. In addition, CETA provides assistance for customer visits and national trade fairs as well as advice in project matters.
Ideally, a suitable partner should come from the field of measurement technology or special machinery, as is the case with our new cooperation partners in Mexico and Portugal. MeyerV has been dedicated since 1996 to the sales and service of measurement devices and precision machinery. Tojaltec is a manufacturer of special machinery on a national and international level. Both are certified in accordance with international standards. "Our new cooperation partners provide qualified local support for CETA customers in Mexico and Portugal and our customers receive the same high quality of support they are used to and expect from us."
