Am Freitag, dem 12. November, findet ab 14 Uhr im Rahmen des traditionellen 51. Schiffbauertreffens der Fachrichtung "Schiffbau und Meerestechnik" die Vortragsveranstaltung zum Thema "Grenzen im Schiffbau" statt. Vier Referenten werden unter diesem Thema Aspekte beleuchten, die sich befassen mit dem umweltschonenden Schiffs- und Anlagenbau (GAUSS Bremen), dem umweltschonenden Einsatz von Maschinenanlagen (MAN Augsburg), der Machbarkeit von Verbesserungen der Schiffsform (SVA Potsdam) sowie der Größenentwicklung von Post-Panmax Schiffen (Germanischer Lloyd Hamburg). - Veranstaltungsort ist die Hochschule Bremen, Neustadtswall 27c, Hörsaal "Hansewasser". Interessierte sind herzlich eingeladen.
