Der WID ID Scanner von IOSS GmbH aus Radolfzell am Bodensee wurde speziell für höchste Anforderungen in der Halbleiterindustrie entwickelt. Das System dekodiert problemlos OCR, Barcode und 2D-Codierungen unbahängig von der Beschriftungstechnik.

Der Wafer ID Reader ist praxiserprobt und wird durch den ständigen Austausch mit der Branche weiterentwickelt. Optik, Beleuchtung, Kamera. Prozessor und alle Schnittstellen sind komplett in einem kompakten Aluminium-Gehäuse integriert. Durch den automatischen Wechsel der Beleuchtungsmodi, kombiniert mit einer Helligkeitsvariation bei der Bildaufnahme, werden hohe Leseraten erreicht. Dies ermöglicht eine zuverlässige, schnelle und sichere Dekodierung. Traceabiltiy auf allen Stufen und auf höchstem Niveau.
