Due to rapid growth of OMNINET business in Russia and in CIS in 2009, it was decided to open a representative office in Moscow.
Appointment as General Director of OMNINET one of the key executives of the parent company – Mr. Michael Dobner – was another step towards strengthening the position of OMNINET on the Russian market.
The main goal for “OMNINET” LLC in Russia is to take a leading position in the segment of software for automating business processes. First steps in this direction were made in November 2007. During this time in Russia and CIS countries was held 30 successful implementations of OMNITRACKER and about 1000 competitive licenses were sold. This success was due to the flexibility and scalability of the system. OMNITRACKER designed for small organizations and large enterprises seeking a comprehensive solution for management of service units in the company.

Michael Dobner works for OMNINET since 2005, started as Channel Manager, since the beginning of 2008 worked as Regional Director for Russia and CIS. Early in his career, Mr. Dobner was working in the company NCR, later at Microsoft, then he joined OMNINET. At the moment Michael Dobner has more than ten years of experience in IT services. Under his leadership, have been implemented numerous projects, including cooperation with Siemens in the field of optimization of business processes using software OMNITRACKER, which subsequently resulted in long-term strategic partnership, OMNITRACKER was used as an effective tool to automate ITSM.
