TOPdesk auf dem Best Management Practice Kongress 2019

Zum 17. Mal findet der BMPK mit über 500 Führungskräften interner und externer IT-Organisationen vom 20. bis 24.05.2019 im Lufthansa Conference Center in Seeheim-Jugenheim statt. Dieses Jahr steht der Kongress unter dem Motto „WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE - get ready 4 your adventure“. Neben neuesten Trends in ITIL 4, DevOps, Scrum, PRINCE2, Lean und IREB, sind alle Vertreter der aktuellen Servicemanagement-Tools auf dem Kongress vertreten. Die Woche bietet den Anwesenden Inspirationen von TOP-Speakern, Schulungen und Workshops. Darüber hinaus haben sie die einmalige Möglichkeit alle anwesenden Tool-Hersteller kennenzulernen.

TOPdesk ist von Mittwoch bis Freitag an Stand 28 für alle da, die ihr Servicemanagement mit einem modularen, intuitiven Tool vereinfachen möchten. Die Software ist nicht nur für IT-Servicedesks nutzbar, sondern für alle Service erbringenden Abteilungen eines Unternehmens. Direkt am Stand erhalten alle Besucher anhand praktischer Beispiele einen Einblick, wie Enterprise Servicemanagement mit TOPdesk aussieht.

Zum Auftakt der Ausstellung lädt TOPdesk zum Breakfast Briefing ein. Mit dem Titel "TOPdesk - Service Excellence: Warum ein Tool allein nicht reicht!" weist TOPdesk auf, dass für exzellenten Service vor allem die Menschen und Prozesse betrachtet werden müssen. Die Auswahl eines geeigneten Tools sollte darauf aufbauen.
